You are interested in booking a relaxing healing session, but aren't sure where will it take place? Do you have a busy or loud household and can't imagine an effective healing taking place in your environment? Possibly with children or other distractions? Looking for a restful half hour or more of solitude and tranquility? Or even a fully transforming experience which nature is certain to provide? Then let me share the options available to you with a booking:
Virtual & Telephone Intuitive Readings: Intuitive readings are available via telephone, but not text, and virtual methods such as video and email.
Mobile Session For Energy Work: I come to your location with my portable massage table and set up and provide services in your space. *This requires privacy and quiet time for both you and I during the session.
For Clients With Disabilities/Mobility Resrictions:
My location is not ADA accessible due to stairs and therefore won’t be a suitable option available to offer services at. Heather M. Rugg Intuitive With Impact and owner of my location cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained due to falls.
Medical And Veterinary Care:
Services offered by Heather M. Rugg Intuitive With Impact are not intended to be a replacement for medical and veterinary care. Clients are required to submit a brief medical history assessment which is kept in a confidential file. Clients are required to list their care providers contact information in the case of medical emergencies. Clients are also required to sign a release of liability releasing Heather M. Rugg Intuitive With Impact, Sly Park Jenkinson Lake and my location property management and home owner of any claims or allegations of injuries or harm before any services are offered.
Paying For Services/Cancellations/Deposits:
For travel services, a deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice forfeit this deposit, case by case. Honored appointments will have the deposit applied to the service cost. Services are paid for at the time of session. Please note that Venmo & Paypal payments charge a fee. *All forms of payment must process and clear prior to services rendered.
Adding Time To Existing Session: Services are priced in 30 minute increments. If it is agreeable during the session more time is required, then that time will be in addition to the 30 minute start price based on schedule availability that day. If a client is already scheduled after you, then it will have to be scheduled at another time and you only pay for that session length at that time. It is advisable to disclose at time of booking you wish for a 2 hour session so that a timeslot can be made available to you so as not to run into existing scheduled appointments.
Payment Options: Cash, debit and credit cards (both chip and strip), Apple Pay, Venmo and Paypal are all acceptable forms of payment options.
