Quiet, professional atmosphere that is not an ADA accessible building (1 flight of stairs). 2hr free street parking as well as 2hr free parking in the parking structure or parking lot just steps away.
Mobile Session For Energy Work: Animal Communication clients would receive mobile services. Mobile services only available for human clients that are in hospital/hospice. Travel arrangements to be discussed prior to scheduling. *This requires privacy and quiet time for both you and I during the session. **Travel Fee applies if over 30 miles travel time.
Virtual & Telephone Intuitive Readings: Intuitive readings and Distance Healing Sessions are available via telephone, but not text, and virtual methods such as video Facetime, Zoom and email.
Farmer’s Markets: *SEASON HAS CONCLUDED UNTIL JUNE-OCTOBER 2021* Wednesday’s from 4pm-8pm on Main Street at the Bell Tower and Sunday’s from 9am-1pm at 3045 Sacramento Street in Post Office parking lot. Both in Historic Downtown Placerville/Hangtown and run through the end of October 2020.

Medical And Veterinary Care:
Services offered by Heather M. Rugg Intuitive With Impact are not intended to be a replacement for medical and veterinary care. Clients are required to submit a brief medical history assessment which is kept in a confidential file. Clients are required to list their care providers contact information in the case of medical emergencies. Clients are also required to sign a release of liability releasing Heather M. Rugg Intuitive With Impact, and owner of business office of any claims or allegations of injuries or harm before any services are offered.
Paying For Services/Cancellations/Deposits:
For travel services, a deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice forfeit this deposit, case by case. Honored appointments will have the deposit applied to the service cost. All services are paid for at the time of session unless using the “Online Booking Option”, in which payment is made then. Please note that Paypal payments charge a fee.
Adding Time To Existing Session: Services are priced in 30 minute increments. If it is agreeable during the session more time is required, then that time will be in addition to the 30 minute start price based on schedule availability that day. If a client is already scheduled after you, then it will have to be scheduled at another time and you only pay for that session length at that time. It is advisable to disclose at time of booking you wish for a 2 hour session so that a timeslot can be made available to you so as not to run into existing scheduled appointments.
Payment Options: Cash, debit and credit cards (both chip and strip), Apple Pay, Paypal and personal checks are all acceptable forms of payment options.
